Salary and Benefits
As a Sales and Customer Success Representative at Koyeb, you can expect a competitive salary range of €55k to €70k, plus equity.
Additionally, we offer standard full-time contracts with full-health coverage and standard benefits.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, lead generation, or business development in tech, preferably within cloud infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying potential customers across targeted industries who could benefit from our platform.
- Proactively reaching out to prospects through email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations and create interest in our solutions.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO, CPO, and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Being the first point of contact for prospects, including highly technical stakeholders and product teams.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and determining if they align with our platform's value proposition.
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential users, showcasing how Koyeb's platform can streamline their application deployment and infrastructure management.
- Attending industry events as a crucial ambassador for Koyeb, effectively communicating our mission, platform capabilities, and value proposition to customers and partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple leads and manage a large pipeline.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- A proven track record of success in sales development, lead generation, or business development in tech, preferably within cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Attio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of opportunity for growth and develop effective solutions.
