Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to join our team at Make. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition growth.

• Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow our customer acquisition efforts.
• Lead a Team of Specialists: Manage a team of specialists responsible for different channels, including SEO, Paid Ads, Partner Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
• Set Clear Goals and KPIs: Establish clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team member and channel.
• Oversee Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of campaigns, budget allocation, and performance optimization across all channels.
• Provide Coaching and Mentorship: Offer ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members to ensure their growth and development.
• Analyze Data and Reports: Analyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.

• Experience in Digital Marketing: 3+ years of experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
• Minimum 7+ Years of Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience in SaaS businesses.
• Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Principles: Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, and social media marketing principles.
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
