About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to join our team at Make. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow our customer base
  • Manage a team of specialists responsible for different channels, including SEO, Paid Ads, Partner Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for each team member and channel
  • Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization across all channels
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
  • Analyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience in SaaS businesses
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, and social media marketing principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
