Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns that convert, retain, and expand our user base, reducing churn and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end experiments and automated flows, from ideation and planning to execution and reporting.
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure personalized and relevant campaigns.
  • Integrate customer marketing efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage channels beyond email to retain and grow our customer base.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement in customer communication and engagement.
  • Measure and report on the progress of customer marketing campaign performance.
  • Develop and distribute email best practices to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing with demonstrated knowledge of email best practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
  • Proven experience in customer marketing in a B2B SaaS environment developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Strong experimental and analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a motivated customer marketing team.
  • Proficiency in English with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
  • Familiarity with email design and coding concepts.
  • Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
