About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in a team, and have a strong understanding of office operations and administration.

Estimated Salary: 55,000 - 70,000 CZK per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Smooth Office Operations: Provide administrative support to maintain a positive and professional environment, address potential issues, and ensure the efficient operation of the reception area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing documents, creating engagement content, and more.
  • Office Equipment Management: Oversee the management of office equipment, ensuring that all devices and tools are properly maintained and functional.
  • Office Space Management: Manage office space, create seating plans, and handle lease and office expansion activities.
  • Hospitality Services: Provide refreshments for employees and visitors, tend to their needs, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
  • Event Organization: Organize social events, fun activities, seminars, meetings, and plan activities to support site growth.
  • Collaboration with HR: Work closely with the HR department to support employee onboarding, HR-related administrative tasks, and other activities.
  • Communication with Building Management: Serve as a liaison between the office and building management, addressing facility-related issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
