About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as an EA and be proficient in Windows and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years' experience as an EA
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English & Czech
