We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in helping potential clients succeed with our product.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, leading them to closing the deal, converting inbound demos into paying customers, managing inbound sales, and proactively identifying upsell opportunities for potential clients.
You will act as a trusted account executive, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage. You will also be responsible for keeping CRM data accurate and up-to-date, working closely with different teams to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience, monitoring and evaluating your calls and sales performance, suggesting improvements on the existing process, and building and maintaining strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in Sales Account Management/Account Executive or Customer Support/Customer Success roles
- Experience with leading live Demos
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions
- Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success
- Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
