About the Role

The Senior Clinical Informaticist will play a key role in enhancing real-world data ingestion systems and workflows. You will work closely with Therapeutic Area Teams to identify and drive improvements in digital health solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical insights for EMR integration with Roche tools, supporting Investigator Initiated Studies and data sharing initiatives, and collaborating with Medical Informatics teams on future digital health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Real-World Data Ingestion Systems and Workflows: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of real-world data ingestion systems.
  • Provide Clinical Insights for EMR Integration with Roche Tools: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop EMR integration solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
  • Identify and Drive Improvements in Digital Health Solutions: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Support Investigator Initiated Studies and Data Sharing Initiatives: Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and industry partners to design and execute studies that advance the field of digital health.
  • Collaborate with Therapeutic Area Teams on Future Digital Health Needs: Work closely with teams to identify emerging trends and technologies that can be leveraged to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or life sciences) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in clinical informatics, including knowledge of AI/ML, CDSS, and healthcare data standards (FHIR, SNOMED).
  • Experience working with real-world data (EHR, claims, registry) and privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
