About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team at Euroclear. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of project proposals and plans, coordinating technical, organizational, management, and financial aspects of projects, and defining overall project governance and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of project proposals and plans to resolve timeframe, budget, resource requirements, and work with Scrum teams, SM/PO, and technical teams.
  • Coordinate the technical, organizational, management, and financial aspects of projects.
  • Define overall project governance and organization.
  • Regularly report project progress at all levels, including sponsor, senior management, and/or clients, using standard tools and other mechanisms.
  • Negotiate changes in project specification or scope with the project sponsor/client.
  • Convincingly communicate the project and win buy-in from the sponsor/client, possibly using the support of business or technical subject matter experts.
  • Remove impediments from the project, leading conflicting interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks, and adjust scope if required.
  • Work with stakeholders and the greater tribe to continuously improve quality, productivity, ensure delivery, and deliverables following defined Euroclear Agile methodology, standards, and guidelines.
  • Analyze requirements with the project sponsor/customer and with the support of the Enterprise Architect/Application Architects to evaluate project feasibility within the scope of a pre-defined strategy.
