Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access Manager to support the growth of our CSL Vifor business in the Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government policies and programs in the region, as well as good commercial background and health economics knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the successful introduction and positioning of CSL Vifor products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia & Croatia.
  • Develop and execute access strategies and projects to drive commercial success in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Partner with local health authorities, professional associations, and other influencers to develop strong networks.
  • Support the Medical Affairs team with initiatives involving patient and clinical organizations.
  • Influence regional and national access strategies to achieve positive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a business or life science-related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry in the areas of Market Access.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare dynamics.
  • Language requirement: A high level of Czech or Slovak language and high-level English skills are mandatory.
