We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to lead our Technical Support team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of managerial experience in a technical support or IT service management environment, with a strong track record of developing and motivating teams.
The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for owning and optimizing technical support processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficiency. They will foster a collaborative team environment to resolve issues and improve overall service quality, motivate and support team members in their professional development and growth, and ensure adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
The successful candidate will have experience with process improvement and optimization, as well as proficiency in relevant technical skills such as Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Python, Unix, and SQL. English language proficiency is a must.
