Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure IT system continuity.
  • Managing IT equipment logistics, including distribution, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Monitoring equipment condition and planning replacements or repairs.
  • Handling contact center operations, including ticket management and customer support.
