Job Description

Fenige is a rapidly growing Polish fintech company that specializes in payment technologies for merchants and money transfer systems within Mastercard and VISA payment organizations. As a principal acquiring member, we offer acquiring (e-commerce), card-to-card transfers, and card withdrawals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a native or C-level fluent English speaker, with polish language skills being a strong advantage.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary contact assigned to clients, supervising their onboarding process and ensuring seamless execution of tasks across multiple channels.
  • Daily tracking of onboarding statuses for each assigned client will be a key responsibility, as well as managing the flow of information by tracking reports, work progress, and necessary documentation.
  • Our ideal candidate will update CRM systems daily to reflect client engagement statuses and identify customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any conflicts between the customer and the company.
  • Candidates should be able to engage in clear communication across multiple channels, including email, messaging apps, mobile, social networks, in-person meetings, and remote sessions.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English (native or C-level)
  • Possibility to communicate in Polish (strong advantage)
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and efficiently manage tight deadlines
  • Polish and English fluency, as well as Russian/Ukrainian language skills, are advantageous but not required
