We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at Holisticon Poland, a division within NEXER GROUP - a custom software development company.

Holisticon Poland is a fast-growing business with over 180 crew members across three locations in Poland and a presence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We work with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. This role involves working closely with our cross-functional team, including Marketing, Offering Innovation, Content Specialists, and other Sales Specialists, to build out our sales channels and drive growth.

You will have the opportunity to specialize in hunting for new projects that solve customer pains and challenges across various sectors such as Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy. With a significant level of independence, you will be encouraged to take an entrepreneurial approach to achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and negotiations
  • Specialize in selected offerings and develop expertise in hunting for new projects
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team to build out sales channels and drive growth
  • Take ownership of projects and deliver results through effective project management skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in international sales, preferably in European markets
  • Proven track record of new sales generation within custom software services
  • Deal lifecycle management skills from prospect to close deal
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • High sense of ownership and ability to execute projects in sales from idea to result
  • Accountability for actions and focus on learning and development
