About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the position of Sales and Business Development Specialist for Workplace Solutions in our Warsaw office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer inquiries and orders, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to achieving departmental goals.
- BUILD ON ORDERS AND CUSTOMER VALUE THROUGH INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CONTACTS.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and communicate information to marketing or sales experts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Business preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales representative or sales specialist role (direct sales, retail sales, outbound calls, cold calling, call center, online sales, ecommerce).
- Ability to work independently, following procedures, and sharing knowledge across departments.
- Strong communication skills and relationship management approach.
- Very good English language skills are essential.
Estimated Salary Range: PLN 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
