At Antal, we are seeking a skilled Fund Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in fund accounting and be proficient in Private Capital operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership verification for funds of funds, private equity, and real estate funds, including their SPVs and underlying structures, based on provided documentation.
  • Record keeping of investment transactions, such as capital calls and distributions, for funds of funds, equity purchase, debt financing, and real estate investments for PERE funds.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing investment documentation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring strong internal controls. They will work closely with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to maintain effective communication and relations.

Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in Private Capital operations
  • Technical expertise in relevant applications associated with the process
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to take on new challenges and improve existing processes
