Nephrology Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This dynamic position is responsible for managing CSL Vifor Nephrology sales and regional accounts in the Czech market. The successful candidate will drive change in patient journeys, achieve challenging sales targets, and enhance CSL's image within relevant professions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve demanding sales goals in alignment with the CEE Commercial Lead.
- Regular visits to existing and potential customers, focusing on identified Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Pursue new accounts and further increase market share.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, visits, and meetings with the CEE and local teams, as well as precise reporting in the CSL Vifor CRM tool.
- Track customer performance in the Area and periodically review progress against objectives and strategic plans.
- Oversee tenders' administration closely with the CEE Commercial Nephrology Lead and wholesalers, adhering to competition and antimonopoly regulations.
- Realize opportunistic spot-business opportunities (short-dated or reworked products, etc.) in the Area.
- Conduct business according to CSL policies and guidelines.
- Plan and execute new product launches and product rationalizations in accordance with strategic plans.
- Develop and implement action plans to promote CSL Vifor products, focusing on a defined group of key customers.
- Communicate the benefits of CSL Vifor's portfolio products to acquire new accounts and further increase market share.
- Leverage market insight and collaborate with marketing management to adjust sales and marketing strategy for designated territory.
- Evaluate customer needs and facilitate issues between the customer and other departments within CSL.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or business field.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrated experience in field sales and/or critical opinion leader development.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
- Background in rare disease roles or specialty experience, along with established local networks in high unmet need areas.
- Product launch experience in rare disease/specialty medicine.
- Previous role where they assessed and made trade-offs between accounts.
- Experience optimizing products and services to benefit patients.
- Solid understanding of the local healthcare market driving success.
- Demonstrated innovative service ideas to improve patient outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
