We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Associate Collections Representative at our Wrocław office.

Job Overview

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in finance and develop skills in collections, customer service, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers via email and phone to monitor payments and accounts receivable
  • Arrange and oversee the completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities
  • Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintaining open lines of communication and providing timely, professional service via email and phone
  • Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior-level team members and/or leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement, continue developing skills, building collections knowledge, and enhancing business acumen
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in collections, cash applications, credit, accounts receivable, or related finance roles would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English at a C1 level
