The person in this role will be responsible for managing the team, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure smooth processes and support process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve team and individual performance
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to team members
  • Report KPIs to center management and internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and information sharing
  • Propose and drive initiatives for standardization and continuous improvement
  • Assist the team with escalations and non-standard issues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Achieve strong performance against challenging targets
  • Collaborate with Area Credit Managers to ensure a smooth Collections process and accommodate ad-hoc requests
