Job Description

Spond&eaquo;t is a pioneering Finnish company specializing in cutting-edge energy-efficient district heating solutions. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to spearhead our ambitious expansion plan into Germany.

About Us

We develop and implement innovative strategies to expand sales channels and increase market share. Our team conducts thorough market research to evaluate industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, identifying emerging opportunities in the German market.

Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to assess industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Partnership Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installers, and designers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Plan and execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue objectives, representing Spond&eaquo;t at industry events, trade shows, and forums across Germany.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and refine effective sales strategies tailored to the German market, providing detailed sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven success in sales and business development, in the district heating sector or related industries.
  • Strong network with distributors, installers, and other industry players.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly desirable.
  • A self-driven leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Pragmatic and proactive in solving problems with a positive attitude.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
  • Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English.
