The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Salary: 14,300–25,500 PLN gross/month
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Strategic Sales Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a sales strategy, coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff, managing the internal sales team, onboarding new team members, and conducting regular meetings to provide constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless execution
- Developing and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Managing the internal sales team, including onboarding new members and conducting regular meetings
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- MS Office proficiency
- Salesforce expertise
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- An ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team
