Salary: 14,300–25,500 PLN gross/month

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Strategic Sales Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a sales strategy, coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff, managing the internal sales team, onboarding new team members, and conducting regular meetings to provide constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless execution
  • Developing and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MS Office proficiency
  • Salesforce expertise
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • An ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team
