Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Global Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Railway sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans, business objectives, and initiatives for key customers in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute strategic plans, business objectives, and initiatives for key customers in Poland, aligning with the organization's overall vision and strategic goals.
  • Foster and sustain effective collaboration with both internal and external partners, including Regional Sales, Customer Support, Distributors, Application Specialists, and Global Key Account Managers.
  • Gather and evaluate insights on customer market dynamics, future opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account or sales management in industrial segment.
  • Knowledge & Experience in Railway Industry is an asset.
  • Self-confident with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to cooperate internationally.
