  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business interdependencies, priorities, and how decisions impact the overall organization.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role related to process excellence, quality management, or operations.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated experience in implementing process management systems and navigating organizational changes, such as acquisitions or mergers.
  • Organizational Dynamics: Familiarity with the dynamics and demands of working within a large, process-driven organization.
