Job Overview:

  • Develop and maintain network security strategies to safeguard global operations.
  • Collaborate with key risk stakeholders to ensure control processes align with the bank's risk appetite.
  • Create and update control requirements and domain standards, ensuring consistency and traceability across the organization.
  • Educate and train teams on control requirements and domain standards for compliance.
  • Contribute to the creation of capability-related network security documentation, including elaboration and maintenance of control requirements and domain standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and delivery of IT solutions and supporting network security technologies.
  • Lead consultancy and engineering teams, supporting a group of platforms/services comprised of various technologies and tools.
  • Extensive experience in data protection, cybersecurity, and risk management within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing, delivering, and implementing large-scale global data protection strategies & programmes.

Requirements:

  • Understanding and knowledge of common industry cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
  • Experience working within integrated networked on-prem and cloud environments with third-party and SaaS connectivity.
  • Expertise in design and delivery of IT solutions and the supporting network security technologies.
  • Strong commercial background and knowledge of cybersecurity network offerings.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of understanding and meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders.
