Customer Service Expert with International Focus

We are growing and expanding our customer service team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This is a full-time role with shifts between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday, offering competitive salary + monthly performance-based bonuses
The main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, offering support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key aspects of this role include:
• Handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Communicating via email, chat, and phone
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
• Researching and providing accurate solutions to customer questions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Fluency in Czech (near native level – written & verbal)
• Advanced English skills (written & verbal)
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• High school education or higher
