Product Manager (Content Processing Team)

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee products related to content processing and administration, including the downloading and processing of merchant data and the administration of product catalog components.

We operate in 9 markets of Central and Eastern Europe and have over 20 million users who come to us for shopping advice every month. We are a leading shopping advisor and price comparison platform in 8 of the 9 countries we operate.

Your Role:

You will need to manage stakeholders for feedback and prioritization, leverage analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and streamline communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to justify proposals, conduct effective product demonstrations to highlight value propositions, maintain key health metrics to assess performance, and analyze metrics to prioritize changes and optimize features for company goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful execution of initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Product Strategy: Guide the product's vision, prioritize features, align with business goals, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, set OKRs, track progress, report, and conduct user research.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with end-to-end ownership of a product or feature lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in using prioritization techniques and frameworks like OKRs to drive decision-making.
  • Experience managing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, defining JTBD, and developing user personas.
  • Confident speaker of English language in both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience facilitating ceremonies.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B or data-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Tableau.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute Certification are advantageous.
  • Technical background is considered a plus.
