Main Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Communicate with various Business & IT teams, perform root-cause analysis, and implement production fixes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • IT Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of IBM, Proxy, Protocols, Java, Unix, Linux, and Oracle database.
  • Data Transfer: Experience with SFTP, FTPS, AS2, SOAP, SwiftNet FileAct, InterAct, and MQ.
