Join Our Team as an Automation Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Support Specialist to join our team at Make. As a key member of our Support team, you will play a crucial role in helping our users automate their workflows and connect applications using our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in integration solutions to ensure seamless automation
  • Take ownership of incoming requests from end-users and respond to their queries
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop new features and improve existing ones
  • Set priorities and work with the ticketing system to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Learn new product features and report bugs to the Engineering team
  • Work with the team to solve complex issues and create integrations between applications

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Experience with ticketing/customer support systems is a plus
  • Understanding of no-code, low-code automation tools
  • API knowledge is a plus
  • Interest in automation and learning new technologies
  • Passion for results and solution-orientation
  • Ability to express yourself professionally
  • Feedback-driven behavior and a willingness to try new things
