Human Resources Specialist @ Silent Eight

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations (preferably in an international or fast-scaling environment). Strong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, payroll/salary reviews, feedback cycles, and compliance. Familiarity with handling sensitive documentation (IDs, background checks, compliance requests). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Polish is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is a plus. High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
