Systems Analyst @ Silent Eight

5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Products Owner or Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing product role. Proven experience in drafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs. Exposure to both standardized and customized product implementations in a technical environment. Experience working with enterprise clients (preferably in the banking/financial services domain). Experience with backend applications in business-to-business (B2B) projects is strongly preferred Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog management/documentation systems. Solid analytical and testing skills. Knowledge of integration, APIs, and product configuration is an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with both technical and business audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
