Who you are: At least 2 years of experience as a software engineering manager, leading teams responsible for high-scale production services. At least 5 years of professional software development experience, contributing to the development of full-stack applications and/or distributed systems. Experience leading mobile teams using a combination of react-native and native technologies You excel at aligning and executing new technical ideas, demonstrating an understanding of best practices. Proven experience in driving effective execution with agile processes in a dynamic environment. A people-oriented leader, capable of modeling and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Exceptional at communicating, passionate about technology and committed to raising the bar. Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones is advantageous. Proficient in English.
