Business Development Manager – IT Recruitment

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment sales, IT outsourcing, or body leasing. Strong network of decision-makers within large enterprises. Proven success in client acquisition and closing staffing/recruitment deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of the IT recruitment and outsourcing market in Poland and CEE. Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English and Polish..
