About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead - a hands-on expert who combines deep technical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta with a strategic, ROI-driven mindset.
You'll take ownership of performance marketing across several SaaS products, driving user acquisition and revenue growth in multiple markets.

This is not a generic PPC role - we're looking for someone who can build scalable systems, drive measurable results, and ensure compliance at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and UAC, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and payback period.

Manage multi-country, multi-language campaigns, ensuring localization and platform compliance.

Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve trial-to-paid conversion and retention.

Analyze performance data using GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets to identify growth opportunities.

Proactively handle Google Ads policies, business verification, and disapprovals.

Build scalable workflows and best practices to support future marketing growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta.

Proven success managing large daily budgets and optimizing for profitability, not just spend.

Experience with B2C SaaS / subscription-based products and short decision cycles (trial → paid).

Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue-driven optimization.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Excel.

Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+).

Bonus: experience with Microsoft Ads, UAC, or affiliate marketing.
