We're looking for a Sales Manager (we're also open to candidates with backgrounds in Business Development or as Account Executives) to help expand our client base and drive revenue through proactive outreach, deal conversion, and strong relationship management.
This position is part of a vibrant group of companies — Sparklead and Impasto — two friendly yet independent teams united by a shared passion for creative and data-driven growth.
The role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a strong track record in selling SaaS or IT products to European or US markets.
You'll be measured by:
- Your personal sales target
- Conversion rate (from call to contract)
Work Conditions:
- Format: Remote
- Schedule: Flexible (including possible evening calls with US-based leads)
- Business Travel: None required
- Contract Type: PE / Service Contract or other formats available
- Compensation: we welcome candidates with different levels of experience.The base salary ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 (depending on experience). In addition to the base salary, we offer a performance-based bonus system: bonuses may reach 30–70% of the base salary (payouts depend on sales results).
