Your career opportunity We are hiring a Service Reliability Engineer to join the Digital Business Automation (DigiBA) team in CTO Infrastructure. Our platform provides mission-critical services including Control-M, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and Connect:Direct — supporting thousands of batch and file movement operations daily across HSBC’s global estate. In this role, you will focus on data-driven reliability engineering — turning insights from incidents, change records, capacity data, and operational KPIs into tangible improvements.
