What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Production Support role.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting and hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system reliability.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKAD, or RHCE are a plus.
- Availability to work in different shifts, or be on “on call” duty.

DevOps/Production Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools. This role involves troubleshooting production issues, automating deployments, and optimizing system performance.
