Hi We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Team in Warsaw. You will take ownership of key workstreams and projects within a large-scale Data Center Migration Program, reporting directly to the Steering Committee and Program Director. This is a challenging, strategic role with a focus on high-impact delivery, leadership, and coordination.
Location: Warsaw, Poland – 100% on-site (Stara Ochota)
Contract Type: B2B
Rate: 150–190 PLN net + VAT/hour
Technical Scope
- Project/program integration and delivery management.
- Effort estimation, task planning, prioritization, and timeline alignment.
- Supervision of timesheets, workload distribution, and team resource optimization.
- Risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Compliance with FDP project methodologies and reporting standards.
Interpersonal & Managerial Duties
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage communication, timelines, and dependencies across teams.
- Ensure successful cooperation with suppliers and vendors.
- Navigate and resolve project issues under pressure.
