  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and event coordination.
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent German communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
