
Senior IT Service Catalog Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Management professional to oversee the development and maintenance of our service catalogue across a multi-provider IT landscape.
This critical role ensures that all operational services are accurately defined, accessible, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will possess deep ITIL expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and fluency in German to support cross-regional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Catalogue Ownership & Governance: Define and maintain the structure, taxonomy, and lifecycle of the service catalogue in alignment with ITIL 4 practices.
- Ensure catalogue entries are accurate, current, and reflect agreed service levels and commitments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with service owners, delivery teams, and business units to capture service requirements and ensure catalogue relevance.
- Process Integration & Automation: Integrate catalogue management with request fulfillment, change enablement, and configuration management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- ITIL v4 Foundation (mandatory); ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional certification (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in IT Service Management, with at least 2 years in a Service Catalogue Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience in multi-provider environments and SIAM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
