What You Will Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within a shared service center environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Konowledge of tools such as SAP, PowerPlatform, SharePoint, and PowerBI is a plus.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive back office support to the field sales teams in Germany, This position involves managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
