
Sales Operations Executive

Job Purpose:
Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing
- To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
- Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
- Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
- Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
- Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required
- In Advanced Solutions, the SOE books customer orders and does not perform quoting (this is done by the Internal Sales Specialist)
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent organization skills
- Effective time management and prioritizing skills
- Numerate
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- SAP R3 (preferable)
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written
