
End User Support Technician

We're looking for a motivated End User Support Technician to join our global IT team in Prague. In this role, you'll play a key part in monitoring and supporting our secure virtual desktop environment — ensuring seamless performance for users worldwide.You'll be the trusted partner our employees rely on — from troubleshooting technical issues to managing Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments. What You'll Do:Monitor and support our secure VDI environment (Citrix) to maintain peak performanceProvide both deskside and remote support for end users across the globeManage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and Exchange environmentsHandle incident and request tickets efficiently within SLADocument procedures, policies, and create internal knowledge base articlesManage alerts and escalations, ensuring critical issues are resolved quicklyCollaborate with technical and non-technical teams worldwide What we need from you:3+ years in IT or a related technical roleSolid understanding of Active Directory, Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Citrix VDIExperience with SolarWinds monitoring toolsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsA customer-first mindset and attention to detailBachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)Would be your plus:Basic networking knowledgePowerShell or scripting experienceU.S. citizenship with eligibility for ADP II security clearance We offer: Starting date: upon agreementContract type: unlimitedValuable work in an international environment of a prestigious companyFlexible working hours - according to specific workCompany benefits (5 weeks of holiday, 3 sick days, Home office, Meal vouchers, Pension contribution, Benefit card, Multisport card…)Working in modern offices in the center of Prague (Prague 5, Andel - very good accessibility) Don't miss the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career.
