We are now looking for a Hostess to join our team and play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

What you'll do:

Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest preferences through the reservation system

Organize seating based on guest needs and restaurant flow

Guide guests to their tables, ensuring place settings are complete and up to standard

Communicate with guests and the team to ensure smooth service delivery

Support restaurant operations by monitoring seating availability, service standards, and safety

Uphold W standards of style, service, and guest engagement at all times

What we're looking for:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A naturally engaging and welcoming personality

Ability to remain professional, positive, and composed under pressure

Attention to detail with a sense of style and presentation

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or guest-facing roles preferred
