What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related matters including communication, performance reviews, conflict resolution, mentoring, and policy guidance across Czechia, Germany, and the UK
  • Manage onboarding processes: prepare contracts, welcome packages, and system setup; ensure a smooth onboarding experience across all markets
  • Maintain HR administration for part-time employees and contractors
  • Administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) for all countries where snuggs employs people
  • Ensure compliance with Czech labor law and advise on employment matters; support international employment and expansion efforts
  • Update and manage HR systems (e.g., BambooHR), including performance review cycles, team retrospectives, and data accuracy
  • Liaise with HR system vendors to ensure system efficiency and alignment with company needs
  • Collaborate with payroll providers, lawyers and benefit administrators in various countries
  • Partner with finance and legal on cross-border HR operations, compliance, and process alignment

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and HR best practices
  • Preferably knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in other European countries, such as Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and legal entities
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do mindset
