DigitalExchange s.r.o., a fintech company registered and operating under Czech law, is on an exciting growth path. As a registered VASP supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, we're advancing towards obtaining a CASP license under the EU's MiCA framework — enabling us to offer fully regulated crypto exchange and custodial wallet services across the EU and beyond.

We're looking for a visionary and experienced CEO to lead our company through this pivotal phase.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and drive strategic direction aligned with our mission to deliver innovative digital financial solutions.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, scalability, and full regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the CASP licensing process under MiCA in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Build strong relationships with regulators (e.g., ČNB), banks, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent DigitalExchange externally — shaping our reputation and business growth across regulated EU markets.
  • Maintain top-notch risk management and AML/CFT compliance.
  • Inspire a culture of transparency, innovation, and integrity.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Support and lead key teams including MLRO, CCO, Risk, Audit, and IT.

Who You Are:

  • Resident of the Czech Republic (due to close work with regulators and banks).
  • Seasoned executive in fintech or financial services, ideally with crypto/virtual assets experience.
  • Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Czech and English.
  • Expert in EU and Czech regulations — especially AML/CFT and MiCA.
  • Skilled at working with regulators and financial institutions.
  • Strategic thinker with proven leadership and business growth success.
  • Committed to compliance, ethics, and strong corporate governance.
