In this role, you'll set the direction for the agency's growth, defining strategy while guiding the team that builds new partnerships and drives results. Your work will strengthen AppAgent's leading role in the evolution of mobile game growth by adding bigger and more ambitious clients to our portfolio.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

  • Shape and execute the growth strategy. Continue to define our market positioning, explore new opportunities, and guide how we evolve to deepen the impact of our work across the mobile-gaming industry worldwide.
  • Lead the team and drive performance. Build alignment and ownership so priorities are clear, execution is disciplined, and the New Business team consistently delivers the agency's revenue targets.
  • Build and optimize the New Business engine. Own the tech stack and continuously improve the processes that keep our pipeline efficient and predictable.
  • Support key deals and initiatives. Step in on complex negotiations and contribute to events and projects that expand AppAgent's reach.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have demonstrable experience owning and delivering a $1M+ annual revenue target and driving company growth by defining strategy, expanding into new markets, and managing performance through clear KPIs.
  • You can build and execute data-driven New Business action plans, setting OKRs, tracking activity ROI, and translating insights into measurable improvements.
  • You have expert knowledge of CRM and automation systems such as Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign and Apollo, and can design, implement, and maintain scalable setups.
  • You are an assertive and resilient communicator, capable of giving direct feedback, resolving conflict, and managing expectations with senior leadership.

While experience in gaming or agencies is a huge plus, we are primarily hiring for your outstanding commercial leadership and your proven ability to learn a new industry quickly.
