LutherOne is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to increase our revenues as we're expanding our business. We are on the fast track to growth & need an increased inflow of quality prospects for our sales teams.

As an SDR your main goal will be to navigate various technologies to source & approach as many quality leads as possible, qualify them to generate quality prospects for our sales executives. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to boost their sales career within a fast-pacing & exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.

Position is suitable for parents on parental leave or university students. We are ready to offer full-time / or part-time role (20 hours per week is minimum), our HQ is in Prague – Karlín.

Sales experience is welcome but not mandatory. What we need from you is passion for business and do not be afraid to communicate with people (mainly telephone calls).

Your job at LutherOne

  • Sourcing, connecting with, qualifying and engaging as many leads as possible through various channels including calls, e-mails & social network. Main part of your job is cold calling (expectation is app. 50 calls per day)
  • Research companies, find contacts / leads across different channels
  • Asking smart questions to qualify the leads, ensuring the right client fit for LutherOne
  • Handing over of qualified prospects to our Account Executives to seal the deal

Your profile

  • You are an excellent communicator, you are confident speaking with CEOs, senior management as well as HR professionals
  • English on professional level (business communication) is a must. Other languages e.g. Czech, Slovak, German, Dutch, Polish are huge advantage
  • Prior experience in a sale is a plus but not required. We are ready to support you and give you time to learn. What is mandatory is your passion for business; this position is first step in building your career in sales.
  • Ability to work with data, Excel
