Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team in Prague. This is an opportunity to lead large-scale SAP programs from proposal through delivery, working with top clients and a skilled international team.

Who are you:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing SAP projects.
• Strong track record in leading proposal responses, negotiating SoWs, and handling SAP commercials.
• Deep knowledge of project management methods and tools: SAP Activate, Jira, MS Project, RAID, change control.
• Solid financial acumen: cost estimation, pricing models, revenue recognition basics, margin management.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Certifications are a plus:
• • SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager (preferred)
• PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred)

• ITIL (nice to have)

• Fluency in Czech and English is required.

Your future role

• Lead end-to-end responses for RFPs/RFIs and shape winning proposals.
• Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions, solutioning workshops, and estimations with SAP architects and workstream leads.
• Draft Statements of Work (SoW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and service levels, coordinating closely with Legal and Risk teams.
• Ensure compliance with firm quality policies, independence/conflict checks, and risk standards.
• Present proposals and solutions to client executives and decision-makers.
• Run projects using SAP Activate or Waterfall methodologies, depending on client needs.
• Establish program governance (SteerCo, Design Authority, etc.), drive decisions, and resolve issues.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and benefits; oversee RAID logs, change control, and critical-path planning.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery: architecture, integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), security/SoD, cutover, and hypercare.
• Lead stakeholder management and change management to ensure successful adoption.
• Ensure full compliance with internal firm policies and client requirements.
