Tato pozice kombinuje prvky administrativní podpory, správy kancelářských potřeb, koordinace dodavatelů a provozní agendy, včetně vozového parku a služebních telefonů.
ZodpovědnostiBudete první tváří firmy – přivítáte návštěvy, zajistíte zasedací místnosti a vyřídíte poštu
Postaráte se o objednávky kancelářských a kuchyňských potřeb, kurýrní služby a zpracování faktur
Zajistíte plynulý provoz – od úklidu a správy vstupních karet až po komunikaci s dodavateli
Převezmete správu vozového parku (předání a vracení vozů, STK, pojištění, komunikace s leasingovou společností)
Budete spravovat tankovací karty, služební telefony i hotelové rezervace
Zapojíte se do archivace dokumentů a spolupráce s externími partnery
Podpoříte chod docházkového systému a EHS agendu
Budete se podílet na organizaci firemních a marketingových akcí
Poskytnete podporu vedení při organizačních úkolech a sběru obchodních informací
SŠ vzdělání s maturitou
Výbornou znalost češtiny a komunikativní angličtinu
Pokročilou znalost MS Office, znalost SAP výhodou
Schopnost skvěle organizovat, pečlivost a spolehlivost
Profesionální vystupování a diskrétnost
Řidičský průkaz sk. B výhodou
