Popis Pracovní PoziceCo vás čeká:
  • každodenní řízení finančních a provozních aktivit skupiny ve spolupráci s CFO
  • vedení menšího týmu (2 kolegyně - administrativa a finance)
  • zajištění provozní agendy - od správy účtů, reportingů až po interní systém Money S
  • controlling, plánování cash flow, rozpočty a měsíční predikce výsledků
  • komunikace s bankami, auditory, investory a externími dodavateli
  • administrace dluhopisového programu a spolupráce na fondové struktuře
  • ad hoc úkoly spojené s rozvojem firmy - akvizice, interní procesy, smluvní agenda
PožadujemeCo očekáváme:
  • máte min. 3 roky zkušeností v oboru - účetní a daňová agenda, controlling, rozpočty, finanční analýzy
  • baví vás finanční řízení na denní bázi (orientace ve výkazech, třídění nákladů, účetnictví,...)
  • ideálně znáte prostředí realitního trhu, developmentu nebo menších firem
  • orientujete se v účetnictví a daních, ale víc vás baví controlling a řízení cashflow
  • Excel ovládáte na vysoké úrovni
  • máte předpoklady pro vedení menšího týmu (i bez předchozí manažerské praxe)
  • výhodou je znalost systému Money S a komunikativní angličtina
